The program aimed to connect various record types with specific regulatory and legal requirements, demonstrating compliance and identifying areas for remediation. To support this initiative, we developed business-wide reporting for quality assurance, testing, and routine processes, working closely with the bank’s project leads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards.

Our client, a global North American financial institution,aimed to establish an efficient Global Records Management Program, ensuring compliance and transparency across the organization.
