Arrayo collaborated with the US entity of a global financial institution (“the Client”) to develop a sophisticated Data Quality Management Dashboard in Power BI, aimed at transforming the client’s approach to data governance.
The Client faced several challenges in managing data quality issues across departments. Relying heavily on manual processes, they struggled with time-consuming workflows, communication silos, and data inconsistencies. Our goal was to provide a centralized and automated platform that would integrate seamlessly with the Client’s existing systems, particularly JIRA, to streamline issue tracking, validation, and reporting. The Power BI dashboard we developed enabled data stewards, team leads, and data quality managers to oversee the entire data quality lifecycle—from issue identification and validation to remediation tracking and compliance monitoring.
