Self-Guided Analytics Pipeline

Our client needed us to develop a series of guided analytics pipelines centered around extracting valuable insight into possible treatments of rare diseases.

Delivery

The pipelines we developed fell into three categories:

FDA drug labels analytics involved extraction of valuable insight into possible rare disease treatment options from known drug labels by applying NLP techniques and cross-referencing with public and proprietary drug, disease, and genomic data.

Clinical Trials analytics utilized extracted via API calls and web scraping information about past, ongoing and future clinical trials, and their relevance to rare diseases in order to help inform treatment decisions.

Biological pathway analytics used a combination of biological pathways, genomic and drug datasets to establish otherwise overlooked drug-disease associations to help broaden the spectrum of available treatment options.
