MLOps Dashboarding and Monitoring

Our client had pipelines that ingested experimental data, and required improved scalability and maintainability (observe the intake of data, changes in control values, observe performances with new data and over time).

Delivery

We established a dashboard to observe these metrics. Additionally, we have implemented alarms to the pipeline. The pipeline had various model metrics and graphs of the performances which were also newly published.

Value

These dashboards facilitated scientists in observing trends in their data, allowed for faster development of new designs, modifications, and optimizations from monitored performance metrics.
