What are Your Duties and Responsibilities as a Sales/Business Developer at Arrayo?
In your role as a Business Developer, your primary mission is to formulate and execute strategies that amplify the growth of our Financial Services or Life Sciences offerings. Your responsibilities include:
- Craft and implement your unique prospection strategy.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce for targeted client outreach, enhancing response rates, and securing prospection meetings.
- Organize and lead meetings with potential clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry figures such as CDOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Managing Directors, and VPs.
- Participate in RFP processes; collaborate with various teams to create compelling client proposals and refine sales and marketing tools.
- Successfully close deals and contribute to business growth.
- Work with project stakeholders and manage delivery teams to ensure project success.
- Keep abreast of Data trends in Financial Services or Life Sciences, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Expand Arrayo’s network of industry experts, including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and fostering relationships with top prospects.
- Build and lead delivery teams to address client challenges.
- Guide and support the professional growth of Arrayo’s experts.
- Develop and produce content for Arrayo’s social media channels.

The Program is structured as an intensive, one-year journey of practical business development experience in the professional services industry. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Startup Phase: You’ll start by immersing yourself in the fundamentals of Arrayo’s operations and culture. This phase is about understanding the groundwork of our business and the professional services landscape.
- Growth Phase: Next, you’ll delve into the essentials of Business Development, more specifically: client prospection and building consulting teams. This is where you begin to apply what you’ve learned, gradually taking on more responsibilities under the guidance of your assigned mentor.
- Expansion Phase: In the final stage, you’ll take significant steps towards independence, developing and initiating your own business strategies within Arrayo to close your first deal! This is where your learnings transform into actionable business plans.
Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with a personal mentor, engaging in a mix of direct on-the-job activities and complementary internal and external workshops. Your responsibilities and scope of work will evolve and expand as you progress through each phase, culminating in a solid foundation for your career as a Business Developer and Intrapreneur at Arrayo.
Completing the Intrapreneurship Program is just your first step at Arrayo. Post-program, you step into an expansive phase of your career. You’ll continue to develop and grow the business you’ve started, expanding your client base and enhancing project delivery.
Over the next couple of years, your sales success can quickly lead to managing your own team of Business Developers and steering them toward success and growth.
