DescriptionRationalize the Clinical Operations system landscape. Document what systems are used now in both global (CRO) studies and regional studies and make recommendations on what approach should be taken to implement a flexible Clinical Operations strategy of the future and in consideration of industry best practices. Particular attention should be directed towards the CTMS strategy or need for a transactional system for outsourced studies. Deliver current state of the industry assessment (Who are the CTMS players), Clinical Operations systems landscape and roadmap, requirements of the future CTMS system, prepare and circulate RfP, identify solution, finalize the contract with vendor and plan for implementation phase.
In order to provide proper oversight and manage the portfolio, visualizations and analytics are needed to bring the data to life.
Provides reports that solves needs around both ad-hoc requests and standard report requests.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of user requirement specifications and associated use cases.
Definition of process maps and optimized approaches to fulfil user requirements.
Traceability mapping and other analysis documentation as required.
